Complaint Details
Aquaguard Total RO Reviva purchased just 1 year back. Exactly after 1 year, the candles worth 3000/- rs need to be changed. Adapator worth 300/- blew off, another part worth 85/- blew off. Service person insists for AMC worth 3400/- to maintain the product. A product worth 10k goes off track immediately after the warranty is over. This has happened to most of our neighbours also. Seems like we were kept in dark while selling and have been sold a product that does not last more than 1 year. Currently we are living on the TDS of water which is way above threshold limit.
