Complaint Details
I have bought an RO filter in Eureka forbes and Anil Chavan sales executive had visited my house for the same. Even he was not having a handout or product photograph, i checked through internet in his presence, which was a similar product which my sister has. I have explained to him where the product to be placed and that place is prone to spill of water and a lay man can understand that it requires a stand. Since i have seen this product i had asked Anil chavan is there any additional products to be bought, he said no everything would come along with the packing. But the engineer visited to my place mentioned the stand to be additionally procured, i said ok install the same, would pay for it. But the engineer was not having the product and mentioned would take some more time. The complaint is these officials are trying to sell the product but not even understanding the basic needs of a customers and hence installation is getting delayed. I contacted Bhagwan branch manager borivali, he instead of understanding the problem trying to support his subordinate. Even if single water filter stand could not be provided in the city of mumbai i don't know what these guys would serve in the future.
Need an apology letter in writing for the delay and they should not make such delay for any such customers in future. This letter must from come from customer service head of Eureka Forbes.
