I had used credit card in the month of Oct 2020 and lost my job due to covid situation i was trapped in my native and could not report to office in Thane. Thereafter I got job in the first week of Nov 2020 but with hell lesser salary and added cost to stay in PG. I could not pay the balance debt of my credit card and started to receive calls for pay back which was building up to my problems. Later due to my night shift I could not answer these calls. Finally i could answer a call for settelment but due to my financial condition i could not complete these installments as well. But now when I am ready to pay nobody from banks end is supporting me. They also sent goons at my thane address where i do not stay anymore and settelment guys were made aware about this...pl help me. Attaching my recent chat with the recovery officer.
