Sequence of events
1- I have raised a request for repair of my Penasonic TV for service(as not working) on 11.12.2021 vide Request ID No. 20211263(as mentioned in your bill).
2- On 12.12.2021 - Your service Engineer (Mr. Asif) came and pick up the TV for repairing
3- On 13.12.2021(Evening) - I was not in office, my children were there at home, he came with TV and said that TV is working fine and raised a bill for Rs 9,500/- (for change of parts) plus service charges of Rs. 250/- given invoice bearing no. 4922 dt. 13.12.2021 (all amount paid/transferred money immediately by me through Paytm).
4- on the same day 13.12.2021 (Evening)- After he (Mr. Asif) left when we were on the TV, many of the functions were not working at all and also the TV was rebooting many times and also Picture quality was very poor. At the same time at night we have complained to your engineer as well as your compliant team.
5- 14.12.2021- Your service Engineer (Mr. Asif) came and again took the TV for repair.
6- In the meantime I have requested your Team Customer care as well as Mr. Asif for my TV, but there is no proper response received.
6- After that on 22.12.2021 One of your engineer ( Mr Pradeep) came with TV and installed and check, he himself found so many problems in the TV, (i.e. The TV was going off after running some time and many functions were not working etc.), he himself took video of all the problems and sent them to someone in your company and took the TV with him.
7- Today is 28.12.2021, since the last three days i have been chasing your people (Service Team as well as Customer care) but they are giving time and the time never came.
