Simple. After running 27000 kms, steering unit damaged, warranting replacement, then how we buy Toyota products or brand. Whatever may be the cause, but replacing steering unit after 27k kms running, worst experience to have innova at 27 lakhs cost. Alas Indian consumers. Release order to replace defective unit to the dealer.
