Dear Sirs,

Amazon Order ID : 4026422196-2147548 dt 03/01/2022

I have ordered a LG 668 L InstaView Door-in-Door Wi-Fi Inverter Side-by-Side Refrigerator (GC-X247CSAV, Noble Steel), and the item didn't arrived as promised hence I have asked for the Cancellation and Refund of Rs.139,990 on 04/01/2022
For the Last past 20 Days, the order has not yet cancelled on the system , and every time I called your customer care, they are asking me to wait 3 working days and not it has passed 15 days and Refund still not initiated.

I have been calling and submitting my request for refund via Amazon.in as well.
See below history, Till now the refund has not been processed.

The refund amount pending is huge and as such I would like to process the refund immediately.
I am writing thus email with my last hope to get it resolved asap.
