Hi,

I have reliance broadband plan 300kbps@1489rs Quarterly(3 month), just after that reliance introduce 500kbps@1495 for 3 months.
I have asked Reliance Customer Care and they said it can be transfer from 300kbps to 500kbps with deposited differential amount of 6 rs.
But reliance representative issued monthly instead of Quarterly plan for 500kbps. and said you are charged properly.
They have charged me with monthly plan not quarterly and say you are charged properly and amount is 442rs. And Disconnected my service.
