on 05 Jul 2021 , i had booked ticket from Delhi to Moscow on Ease my trip website paying 53866.INR including the seat fee of 4664, under booking id EMT84352646 . I was traveling to Russia to drop my sister for her masters course. The fight was cancelled by Airline on 18 Jul, 2021. I requested the agency to find me an alternate flight which they refused. I have to book a different flight for 105340.00 under booking id EMT84889195. for the cancelled flight i was only refunded the flight charges and not seat charges. Easemytrip also have deducted their own charges.

Since 18th July, i have been following up with them for refund of my seat amount via twitter and email, only response i received was that i need to be patient. In September, when i escalated the matter, first refund request was raised with airline, which i came to know two months later was inaccurate as i called Emirates airlines to check the status. Emirates asked me to raised the proper request with correct booking id's again. on 3rd Jan Easy my trip opened a correct request. and since then haven’t replied to my mails

I have went through lot of stress first by paying double the amount of price for the flight and then consistent following up on phone. twitter and eails to get the refund for flight i never took
