I purchased Roboclenz vacume cleaner in Oct 2010. It developed defect during Jun 2011 and the same was reported to the company.After sevral complaints the company rep took away the cleaner promising to returnit within a week after repairs in the 2nd week of july. Even afterone and a half months the cleaner is not repaired. My request to replace the defective cleaner with a new one as per warranty has not got any responce from the company.
