Complaint Details
Order no INSF446322133 placed for a seesham wood four poster bed on 2nd November 2021 against full online payment. Expected shipping date while placing order as shown on website was 28th November 2021. Not only the item was not dispatched on the scheduled date, it is being delayed every week for the last 3 months without any notification to the buyer. Only when called on the customer care number do we get the information that the item is getting delayed and false assurances are given with every new date. Order cancellation and reimbursement are also not available through the website or via emails and phone calls.
On 15Th February 2022, the order tracking on the website showed "Shipped". But on calling customer care for the exact ETA of the item, it was revealed that the order will be shipped on 20th February 2022 which is the 9th delay on the company's part. Attaching order
