I had ordered Shoes from Online portal Myntra.com with order ID 1194829-9242515-3896303. After receipt of the shoes I realized that these are duplicate shoes beging sold by retailer Truecom. Hence I created return request within stipulated return time window, I also wrote online review about the product with photograph of the issues with the product. The return shipment was created and the product was picked up from my address however to my surprise the return request was declined on flimsy ground that the product is used one. The sole purpose of declining the return request is not to refund the money but to force customer to accept duplicate product. To my horror, even online review about the product was also withheld & I received an email that I need to edit the review before it could be published. This is horrible experience.
