Attention to Mr. Prakash Bajpai,

I have taken your connection on 22nd Aug 2021 with the ID 1127624016 on the name of "Santosh Bajaj".

Your sales representative Mr. Manoj Salve has sold the plan to me on to Payment of 4005/- (1000/- One-time charges and 3005/- for Plan Charges)

The Commitment was given to me if I pay 3005/- i will be getting 7 months of Usage (6+1). As per my calculation 7 months are getting over by 2nd March which is yet to come however your team has already renewed my plan for the same amount and made my account with negative balance of 2509/-

Pls answer my following questions
How come my 7 months are completed in Jan'22?
With whose permission my account got renewed?
Where are the notification calls and SMS about my plan is renewed?
Without payment how can you guys renew my plan?

I need justified answer to all these questions further i emailed 2 times before also however no response received from the other end.

Your customer care no is never reachable. Your My tikona app is extremely worst i should give you ratings in negative.

I WANT TO DEACTIVATE MY TIKONA WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT WITH NO COST TO ME AS THERE WAS NO FAULT OF MINE AS MY 7 MONTHS ARE STILL TO BE COMPLETED.
