Complaint Details
On 13-02-2022 I purchashed New Mobile from Reliance digital Store and paid by debit card.
on 15-02-2022 i realise that product is defective
on 16-02-2022 i deposited mobile to store and asked for Refund.
On 17-02-2022 they told me that product is ok we have updated software.my Refund request get rejected by them.
On 21-02-2022 Again issue arises in mobile. So i visited to store, they asked me for video clips recording of mobile which shows defect.
On 23-02-2022 afternoon i record mobile defect on video and in evening again deposited mobile with video proof that product is defective and asked to Refund my money.
Today on 28-02-2022 i got call from store that we didnt got any deect and we are not paying Refund.
It is companies policy if product found defective in 7 days then customer can take replacement of product or refund of payment, but now company is behaiving against consumer rights and againts law. I am requesting to consumer forum to take needful action against store and also help me to get my refund
