We have your Aquagaurd model NOVA which was not working since last Thursday.Where as we have a one year contract with you from 22nd May 2010 . Accordingly we had complaint to your Nashik Office under complaint No-06/11.no body has been turn up since 5 days. cuold U pl.let us know does it take 5 days to atten the complaint? On 12th Jan we have called up on your help line-39883333 for the same.No body has been turn up hence we have get the work done from sombody. Now today your person has turn at 3PM.Could you pl.let us know simple good reason for not attending the customer complaint on time.
