It all started on 9th February 2022. I identified it in morning when I was unable to do the transaction on flipkart that my card has been cancelled. I was unable to reach customer service. I tried to change my mpin of app and then I received an SMS stating that my card has been deactivated and cashback has been revoked.
The reason which has been mentioned to me is because my transactions have been identified for commerical use.
I would ask Axis Bank to reactivate my card and do not revoke my cashback unless it has answers to my questions
'On what basis are transactions been identified as commercial use? I will be needing blue print categorically specifying that nature of transaction was commercial.'
I happened to start my pathetic customer service when interacted with Narayanswamy between 12:15pm to 12:30pm on 9th February.
Adding to my customer service experience Narayanswamy was non responsive to my questions which led to closure of chat due to inactive participant of the chat. As the chat was closed abruptly I was not able to save the chat but I am sure Axis Bank have the records for investigation.
Apart from this several emails where shared and none of the inefficient representatives like Gudia Vivek Kumar email representative interaction representative 281289387, Ashwani Tiwari, Gorthi Gayathri were able to answer my question.
I hope if there is any value of dignity followed by Axis Bank then it should be able to answer my question. If not able to answer bank should activate my card and not revoke cashback.
I am requesting action on following with immediate effect
Joining fee Refund of Rs500
GST for joining fee Rs90
Eligible cashback of Rs6590 for the month of January
Eligible cashback of Rs11899 for the month of February
I paid Rs91001 as outstanding bill and Axis Bank owes Rs19709 on me. Compensation of harassing me is an additional liability now on Axis Bank.
