Good Morning.
I am Raveendran from Bangalore. Booked a ticket for Flynas on 13th January through online agency (Easemytrip.com) website and had to cancel the same. The ticket was cancelled well in advance (17th January).
Details of the ticket are as follows:

Date of Cancellation : 17th January
Please find attached mail communications (1 from Airline (Flynas) and second from Agency (Easemytrip).
As per the mail from Airline, they have initiated the refund to the agency, but i am yet to get a positive response from Easemytrip.
Could you kinldy help me to get this refund
amount.
