With reference to the above subject, I am the policy holder of National Insurance Co Ltd.DO-4, Ahmedabad. My policy number is 301200/48/10/8500008493

My claim has been repudiated by the insurance company , stating that treatment given to me in the medilink hospital & medilink hospital has been black listed.

Sir, regarding list of blacklisted hospitals I have not been communicated to me by the insurance company .So I was not aware .

You are requested to RE-OPEN File & re-consider your decision.

Requested to give me justice.
