Complaint Details
I paid the full amount Rs.14840 for the Euraka Vaccum cleaner on 20-Feb-2022 (Pay Ref No : 68161507). Also, i have initiated the Order cancellation request on 21-Feb-2022 Morning it self (Complaint No: 0116863210). But, even after so many follow up with the customer care & ceo escalations, still i'm not getting any refund amount & there is no progress related to my request. Whenever if i'm contacting the customer care, they were telling me that the concern sales department will contact you shortly to resolve this issue. But i'm not receiving any call from their sales department. Kindly help to get my refund amount Rs. 14840.
