Dear Sir/Madam

My claim has been rejected by the insurance company stating that"REASON OF REJECTION: As per the medical certificate, attached to and forming part of the claim form, issued by the treating doctor, the patient was admitted for treating CAD. On a perusal of the treatment records, our medical team is of the opinion that the patient was admitted for investigation and evaluation only and there was no active line of management done. The policy provides cover for hospitalization expenses incurred by the insured person for medical/surgical treatment only"

Doctor advised me for Angioplasty, But we as a family member rejected treating doctor advised.
So, I shall get my claim amount.

Requested to gives us justice.
