Dear Sir
we have bought one Protec + water purifier from Eureka Forbes since the day installed the unit is not functioning. Service Engineers visited and no response the unit needs replacement Several call made also no response we are very dis satisfied with the product Please refund the money paid it gives us mental agony such products should be banned
