Complaint Details
Our aquaguard water purifier stopped working all of a sudden. On lodging a complaint a service person visited our place on 31st August. He said that their is a circuit problem & he cannot repair it. Since then we have been continuously lodging complaint for 5days but still we have not received any service. Every time they say that a service person will visit us by 6pm or 3pm, but we never received any service. We even visited their sales office in vasai west, but still we have not received any service. Daily we have to buy water by paying 50Rs for 20ltrs. It is waste of money. Their is no care about the customer grievances.
