Booked a water purifier under exchange scheme of Eureka Forbes on July 23, 2011. No machine has been delivered till today ie September 05, 2011 despite registering a complaint (no. 85360907) on July 17, 23 and again on Sept 05. Talked to Mr Ali a number of times and all the time he says it is being delivered either today or tomorrow.
