The Water purification system is not working . We had raised the complaint with the local office on Monday 29th August. They had confirmed that the complaint has been registered , but never provided a complaint number even upon request. They said that the service rep would attend to this immediately. We have been following up with the office daily, but every day , we have ben hearing the same reply. I've been in touch with Mr Prashant at the Mysore office number 08214242230. Request you to expedite this complaint and get this resolved at the earliest. I have 2 infants at home and finding it EXRREMELY DIFFICULT to manage without drinking water. I raised a Your web service request ticket no is: 1187782da811 on Friday Sept 2nd. Still no response.
