We have purchase Aqua sure Aquaflo DX on 22-08-2011 from Unique Traders LBS Marg Bhandup West Mumbai 400078.OurSL no is BD11 8014101. Installation done on next day by Eureka Forbes Engineer. On same day evening when we tried to start the machine Yellow LED starts blinking and no water coming out of same. Hence next day we called up customer care and register complaint for same, executive has not provided any no for same. Then some Engineer came and fixed the problem, but due to no water supply at that times my mother not able to check the water flow coming properly or not. When we have tried the same at evening we returned to home, we found there is water flow coming from back of the machine that is overflow happening due to some leakage while fixing the problem.
Next day morning even before we logging a complaint the executive came day earlier for fixing LED problem by default came and told my mother that while fixing LED problem he has broke some unit at the back of Aqua guard due to which leakage is happening and then he told my mother that he will fix the problem next day i.e. on 26th July 2011, but since then no one has visited to our residence from Eureka Forbes to attend the problem.
Meantime my wife Sarika Ganesh Pawar has registered the complaint with Eureka for same under complaint no.85408020 and instructed customer care specifically to send executive after calling to one of us and when either of us are at home. Since then we are awaiting call from Eureka Forbes executive to solve our problem.
Since we bought Aqua sure on 22-08-2011, we have hardly used the same for purpose we have bought the same. And it’s just lying on kitchen wall as showpiece. We have paid Rs 5000/- for purchasing the same, and since then its unused and very bad customer care experience since then from your Customer care as well as your Franchise Unique Traders, though we are being follow up for same continuously
Requesting you to look in this and either get us fresh new Aqua sure as this is some defective piece we have recd from your end or to refund us our Rs 5000/- we have paid for same.
