Wanted to buy a vacum cleaner. Called their helpline no. and their sales person Mr. Surendra came home that very eveing but cud not give a demo as the machines were not working though he had both the models with him.
Yet placed an order for XForce and paid Rs.7999/- vide cheque. The nachine was delivered after the cheque was cleared. Again at that time too, no demo was given. The following Sunday I wanted to clean my house pre-Ganesh Chaturthi. But to our shock and surprise the machine was not working. Called Mr. Surendra who did turn up but cud not run the machine and left saying he would send the technician. Thenafter have called the helpline no. several times but yet to receive any response.
Please help.
