Complaint Details
AquaGuard Water Purifier was not working hence called Service Engineer who refused to service. Complaint Lodged over Phone on 22.07.11 and followed up 3/4 times. Found no response. Lodged Complaint on Website of company, escalated upto level3 - no response received. Till date no service engineer attended the call. Bank is spending average Rs.800 daily to supply water to staff.
