i have purchased water purifier from Eureka Forbes and that is model Acquaguard Sensa and is the Top model of the company. the display is visible that Ants penetrate in water and we have to drink it. i have raise complaint against this and technician told that if ant is in house then we can't do any thing and suggested to put boric poweder pills around water purifier. my product is under guarentee and this type of answer is not expected. in INDIA every house may have Ant then will it be enter in water purifier and is acceptable?. i had had a word with Eureka Forbes East of Kailash office but they are giving number of the scenior who could not respode my query. This product is purchase for 17000 and is the top model of water purifier in India from the reputated company and i as a consumer have to drink the water filled with ant in it which is visible in display unit clearly.

please help us to resolve this
