I have installed an Aqua sure Crystal water purifier at my home, bought on April 2011, During very first service on 2nd Sep by EF Service technician, after servicing unit malfunctioned and it was left as it for more than a week, every day since then i have been making regular calls to EF Customer care but they end up promising a remedy and suitable action within next day..till now i had made more than 5 calls but it is of no use as of now. I had to forcefully go out for packaged drinking water.
Local EF Service center, person from Reddy's Kamothe representative came for servicing on 2nd Sep 2011- Mobile no- 9920076528 (Now after same problem he doesn't bothers at all and don't pick up my calls).
