Dear Madam/Sir,
I gave my water filter for regular service at Eureka Forbes' authorised service centre in Nagpur M/S H.P. Enterprises, Deo Nagar Sq., Khamla Road, Nagpur - 15 on September 3, 2011 (Receipt No. 9/13).The water filter was in running condition & required just a routine service. Till to date my water filter is not repaired. Now Mr. Pradeep Mandge (of M/S H.P. Enterprises) is citing the reason for delay as non-availability of spares. My reasoning is that before accepting my water filter, he should have checked before-hand the availability of all the spares. Now due to his negligence, I have to spent Rs. 60/- daily for 9 days for purchasing water can.
This problem was also brought to the notice of Eureka Forbes’ Customer Response Centre, Kotwal Nagar, Near Khamala Square, Ring Road, Nagpur on September 7, 2011 & the standard reply was given by the lady who had attended my call with a false assurance of quick service to my machine.
Kindly pressurize the service Centre so that he deliver our machine on time. And this is not the first time when we are facing the similar problem.
