Complaint Details
I have purchased videocon air condition model no va 18 elim dated 19/10/04 from videocon authorized dealer maharashtra under money back scheme. A bond was offered for rs. 4500/- And were assured to get 13500/- After expiry of 6 years 6 month from 19/10/2004, which expired on 19/04/2011. We had already provided following mentioned documents but were requested to resubmit to himayat nagar hyderabad – 500029 on 09/06/11(letter sr no 20152). We also send it to the mentioned address by post. Also written a email to customer care of videocon. But seems no response. I am very mush harassed.
