Complaint Details
In the month of Feb 2011, I purchased Eurekaborbes "AquaSure 3PCTI" model water filter for Rs. 2500/-. With this water filler I was suppose to get a Free Surekit Shield just by calling up to their call center and sharing my personal details with products Sr number and coupon no.
I provided my details and all relevant numbers to the call center within 10 days of purchase (For which I got the reference no: 84797426, 85278911).


From here the story begins:-
As per TAT I was suppose to receive the sure kit within 5 working days. BUT SINCE THEN EVEN AFTER 7 MONTHS AND 50+ CALLS TO THEIR CALL CENTER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUCH FREE KIT.
WHENVER I MAKE A CALL A NEW CALLCENTER ASSOCIATE COMES ON A CALL AND APOLOGIES AND ASKS FOR ADDITIONAL 2 DAYS AND A CHANCE TO SERVE THEM. AND IF I INSIST TO SPEAK TO THEIR SENIORS THEN THEY JUST HANDOVER IT TO THEIR SAME LEVEL COLEGUE AND THAT PERSON THEN REASSURES ME TO SERVE WITHIN NEXT 2 DAYS.
ONCE AFTER A LONG WAITING IN THE MONTH OF JULY I GOT A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO THEIR SENIOR MR SUMIT (ON PHONE NO 18602003434), AS USUAL EVEN HE PROMISED ME THAT WHITHIN 24 HRS MY MATTER WILL BE SOLVED. BUT ALL WENT INTO DUSTBIN AND I WAS AGAIN SHOWN THUMBDOWN BY EUREKAFORBES. THEN ON NEXT DAY AFTER 24 HRS I CALLED TO THEIR CALL CENTER AND REQUESTED TO GET ME CONNECTED TO MR SUMIT, I GOT A MESSAGE THAT HE IS ON A LUNCH BREAK AND WILL CALL ME IMMEDIATELY. BUT HIS LUNCH NEVER ENDED AND TILL DATE I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM MR SUMIT.


EVEN AFTER THAT I KEPT MY PETIENCE AND TRIED MY WILL TO GET CONNECTED TO ANY SENIOR PERSON THROUGH CALL CENTER, BUT I GOT THE FOLLOWING ANSWERS:
1. ALL THE SENIORS ARE BUSY IN THE MEETING (SUPPOSING WITH PRIME MINISTER AND PRESIDENT ANS SO CAN NOT COME OUT OF IT TO SPEAKE TO A COMMON MAN).
2. NONE OF THE SENIORS ARE ON THE FLOOR.
3. THEIR IS SOME PROBLEM IN TRANSFERING LINE TO SENIORS THEY WILL CALL YOU IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS CALL.

I MUST HAVE SPENT AT LEAST Rs 1000/- JUST IN TALKING TO CALL-CENTER AND GIVING THEM 2 DAYS ADDITIONAL CHANCE.

My harassment not ended here:-

AFTER MAKING MY MIND THAT I AM THE LOSSER (AGAINST EUREKAFORBES), I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE FILTER KIT FROM THE MARKET WHICH LEADED TO ANOTHER SHOCK OF MY LIFE.
I FOUND THAT THE SURE KIT (WHICH ACTUALLY FILTERS THE WATER) IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

IT DIRECTLY MEANS THAT THE PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED FOR Rs 2500/- + Rs 1000/- ON CALLCENTER AND Rs 10,000/- OF HARRASEMENT IS OF NO USE AND NEEDS TO BE DUMPED IN STORE ROOM.

WITH THIS I FINISH MY STORY OF THE THIRD CLASS SERVICE AND PERSONAL HARRASEMENT BY EUREKA FORBES HERE.
WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION AND HELP ME IN GETING THE CLAIMS AGAINST ALL ABOVE MENTIONED AMOUNTS.
