I have lodged a complaint on 9-Sep-2011(complaint no. 63643519) for Eureka forbes’s Total Sensa water purifier. Again I reminded them about the same on 12,13,14 Sep-2011 but they are not sending any technician to check. My machine is still in warranty. I have purchased this machine in month of October, 2010.This is worst ever experience I am facing in dealing with Eureka Forbes. Initially I thought they are the good company but my dealing experience with them shows that they are just opposite
