I had purchased a AG Compact Water Filter from Eureka forbes in 2009. The fitting of the same was done on 9/10/2009. As per the company terms i should get 2 free service and change of Filter & Cartridge during the first year. The company executives never came or gave a free service, however after a year they have now started asking for AMC charges to provide service. I have asked the company executives to first provide the free service and the change the Filter & Cartridge as per their service terms which was not done during the first year and then I will purchase the AMC after my free service is done.
The company executives have not yet done the same. I have contacted everyone in the company service department and also in the Local company office but no one seems to be interested in providing the after sales service. Currently the Water filter has gone very dirty and it doesnt filter the water accurately which is causing a servious health threat to my family. Would request your intervention and provide justice by first asking the company to provide my free service and then ask for money for AMC.
Attached are the photos of Filter which has gome completely yellow and it dirty.
