Hi,
First of all let me tell you that i am a frustated customer who gets calls from Eureka Forbes almost every ten days but no service at all. Secondally, I have been provided a faulty piece by one of Uttam from Eureka Forbes sales team who did not mention that LEDs in the purifier should work. After following up with your customer care, finally one guy Deepak came for service and he told me that LEDs have been ordered but even after a wait of around 6-7 weeks I have not got any response from Deepak or your customer care [who have called me almost 7-8 times during the last 6-7 weeks]. Mr Deepak does not pick up my phone. I am really disturbed at getting a faulty piece and I am not even not sure which mode my purifier is working as there are no LEDs..Can someone look into this ASAP? As per my knowledge, LEDs had been ordered on the same day when Deepak came here for service. Also I get insects and dirt particles in the final water tank which has caused health problems to my family many times. Deepak from their service center confirmed me after the service that this problem will not be there but i think he was just making fool of me. I want full replacement of the piece now and will not settle for anything else than that now. I had gone for aqua gaurd to avoid water problem infections and this shit piece is not serving any purpose.
