Complaint Details
I have purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes; the model is "AuqaGuard Integra7", It was highest priced (close to INR20k)model at the time of buying. I was assured with 4 free services of the same as per warranty. However, not received even single service so far. Now the company proposes to take AMC for a year by paying 4100/- that includes part replacement and 4 free services. I'm ready to take up AMC, however I expect the service lapse in the past 2 years to be reduced in the total amount i.e. amounting to INR 1000/-. On the otherhand getting those lapsed free services now doesn't make sense at all since as per the Eureka Forbes service adviser all the filters in the Water Purifier need to be replaced newly and that shall cost me almost same amount as AMC.
Kindly request you to resolve the matter.
