Complaint Details
I have a valid 3 yr service contract till March 2012. The jar and cap needs to be replaced as leaking/cracked. Numerous telephonic complaints since the past one month.Spoken to Mr. Bhosale on 20/9/11 who assured the part would be sent by courier the same day. Next day on the 21/9/11 spoke to Mr. Bhosale at 12.45 pm who said the part was given to Mr. Chavan to be couriered. Spoke to Mr. Chavan at 11.58 am who said it would be delivered before 5 pm today itself. Checked with Sunny Enterprises Tel 28929299 who said the part was still not received. The Aquaguard cannot be serviced till the part is received say the franchise.
