Complaint Details
I have AMC with Aquaguard for free servicing of my REVIVA model water purifier. I have registered complaint no 63524057 dtd 30/8/11, 63714017 dtd 15/9/11 and 85574129 dtd 22/9/11 but despite 22 days my water filter is not functional. Visit of the company's engineer on 31/8/11 has confirmed requirement of a base plate & water level sensor which will be supplied to me free of cost as per the terms & conditions of AMC. I feel since the company is loosing money in providing this free service & parts , they are deliberately delaying the delivery of these parts to their local service centre. This is a case of deficiency of service for an AMC for which I have paid the entire amount in advance to the company.
Pl help me in getting prompt service as per the terms & conditions of the contract.
