Complaint Details
I had purchased Aquasure crystal Model on 24th April 2011 from dealer located in our area. After 15 days of purchase fault was identified in the water purifier & was recurring again & again in few days. Service engineer did confirmed about the component to be faulty as well also confirmed for model contents defect i.e. one minor componenet missing from the water purifier set. 3rd complain was lodged with Aquasure helpline on 17th July 2011 & Service agent, engineer & dealer had discussed on conference line to confirm the same after which i was assured to get new replacement model against the defective one. But nobody cared to respond to my compain till date even after repetetive calls made to helpline , i was just made to run from pillar to post & was also forced to accept my product to be out of warranty for model purchased just months back.My Earlier complain ref:85167976 is still open & not been looked upon even after escalating till 3rd level (Web complain ref: e59a445f482).
Hoping to get this sorted at the earliest as this has been a harrasement to me & my family by just following up & calling on differnt numbers been provided each time . We are also forced to drink direct water despite of having aquasure purifier installed at home.
