We purchased high-end "SENSA" model water purifier from Eureka Forbes in Aug 2011. It was installed after 2 days from the date of payment and it didn't get switched ON. The technician told us there could be some damage when transported and the unit will be replaced with a new one. As informed a new unit was installed and it looked like working for few hours and then it started overflowing and leaking water all over the place. Immediately the same day we reported the problem to Eureka Forbes service centre and they couldn't fix the problem even till now (23 Sep 2011) after repeated visits. It's exactly a month and we're just calling Eureka Forbes everyday just to get the thing fixed. We were using another product from the same company and it was working for many years and it was the main reason we went for the same company but now we regret making such a decision. Either we want the unit to work properly or need our money (Rs.,17,900) back.
