Complaint Details
Water purifier purchased in July2011 not working since Sept 04.2011.
Registered complaint to customer care on 020 39883333 (complaint no 85464527/04.09.11). No responce/ Not repaired
Again registered complaint online on company website (service request ticket no 85bca173ef90/12.09.11) but till 23rd of Sept not yet repaired.
Kindly arrane to refund money. As per company policy - it should repaired 24-48 hours after complaint registration.
