Complaint Details
I brought eureka forbes water purifier in may 10 2011. It malfunctioned in june 15 , the company representative from service centre took away the faulty part and changed with old spare ,but till date have not recieved my original part which he says company does not have in spare.the purifier is not at all working now and nobody is responding to my complaint.COMPLAINT NO.
