I am an user of EUREKA FORBES AQUA GUARD ( CLASSIC) FOR MY HOME.Use is as less as 30lt. of water per day. As per the warranty card for the post warranty service point no 2. If a customer do not want to go for service contract, he has to pay for the service charges and the cost of spare parts on actual basis. But here the service provider takes 1) The service charge of Rs.250 each time he attains the call. 2)For the repair of electronic card he charges Rs.500 every time. He does not repair the card but for minor part replacement also the change the card with an old repaired card.
Therefore, the service provider does the work of an postal agent (non technical) and takes Rs.250 and for minor part replacement also I have to to pay Rs. 500 every time.
I had purchased your machine for my home use thinking that you are an ISO9001 certified company , reputed and reliable. But My machine was going for electronic maintenance at least for 4 times during it's warranty period. The same problem persists and the service provider charging high as Rs.500 for minor repair every time. I do not digest myself that why shall I pay Rs.500 every time for even minor problem instead of giving him the cost for actual part replacement cost.
Kindly take the mater seriously so that the customers will not be dis-satisfied. Kindly take a months time after which I will be forced to take other legal course.
