Dear Sir,
I Mr. Sachin Khapre recently purchased your Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner. One sales Person came our residence for selling machine on 30/06/2011. My mother was alone at that time she replied i don't know any thing about this kind of machine so not interested in this kind of product. Sales person Yogesh Shirore contact no. 9699803545 keep insisting very badly after refusing his product by giving various false reasons i.e
1A. If you buy this product i will get promotion, only one product i have to sell for promotion.
2A. I am working as a team leader in Kalyan office this people are under me for training.
I will just show you Demo of this product will not force you to buy. So my mother replied ok i am not aware about this kind of product so kindly meet and talk to my kids who are in office they return late evening.
In Evening he again came with another sales person at 8pm again my mother replied they yet not came you better meet them on Sunday. He said latest at what time they come from office she replied 10.30-11.00pm. This Person Yogesh again came with another sales person at 11.00pm along with demo machine. I allow those people at home Just because of Brand name of Eureka Forbes knowing the the sales policy set as per government "you can not call or harass personally meeting any people after 7.00pm for sales". I replied him we are very tired will meet on Saturday or Sunday if you are working. He said sir it will take hardly 10min to show demo then he gave us Demo of machine till 11.50pm. After completion of Demo he immediately opened his bill book and said in whose name you want to book this machine. There after i told him look Mr. we don't call you to buy this machine we need time to discuss about your product its nice but we need to think on it. Then he again started laying by using sales technique i.e
1B. Sir this product has Life time service offer for today only that is the reason why i came late for this product.
2B. This offer prize 10,990 is valid till today only.

Then i told him about my past experience of Vacuum cleaner we don't believe on such product. As soon as he came to know we have another vacuum cleaner. He thought the chances of selling is very less then he gave another Exchange offer of 1000 less on MRP with the replacement of old machine. Still i told we need some time to think, we are not buying any product of Rs500 or 1000 its almost cost 10,990. After his lot of false statement which is unknown us we gave him cheque of amount 9,990 cheque no 835657 dated 30/06/2011
which got cleared on 8/07/2011. While signing cheque i told him we are very keen about service what ever commitment you do make sure you will fulfill. He said don't worry sir tomorrow we will take your old machine i.e on 01/07/2011 and we will deliver you our new product on 02/07/2011 where we got delivery of new product on 04/07/2011 then he said we will give you one hour Training of our product as per your convenient time. I asked him to come on Sunday 10/07/2011 he said ok for it. We also asked for warranty of machine and life time service he just opened that box for showing warranty card and said for life time service card will provide you at the time of giving training.

Now actual picture start on Sunday we are waiting for him he didn't came then call him 5-6 times his phone was switch off. Then I called him next day on 11/07/2011 at 11.00am he said sir i was busy on yesterday now this time i will definitely come Just tell me your convenient time. I replied him if you are busy on yesterday you would have informed us we didn't wasted our Sunday for. After insisting i gave him same day time i.e 11/07/2011 to come at 10.00pm then he replied sir it will be too late. Then i told him for selling you can come to my house at 11.00pm and now for Training it will be too late then he replied fine sir i will come at 10.00pm. So i wind up my office work early for him and this fellow didn't came and kept his mobile switch off. We tried him till 11.00 pm 20-30 times but no reply. Then again on next day 12/07/2011 we started calling him but he didn't picked our phone. It happen for whole week he didn't reply us then we call at Kalyan office they said he went to his native place and will be back after 3-4 days. In the mean time i keep calling him but his phone was ringing but he didn't reply. finally after calling to your Mumbai office 0251-30449700 for complaining him he came on 16/08/2011 then i refused about training and asked to take your machine back also told him that i already warned you i want better service and you defaulted it. Then I asked for his senior name and phone no. he gave me Mr.Maruti Shinde contact no 9870394910 from Kalyan when i call this guy initially he talked very politely but after following with him 3-4days he also spoken very rudely to my sister you will not get your money back we will not take our machine back. Again when i called him on 30/08/2011 he said Mr.Yogesh went to his native place and will be back after 2-3days as soon as he come will come along with hm to meet you. But till date he didn't replied. Then few days back another person came on 15/09/2011 from Head office his name Mr.Mayur Sakpal contact no. 8976379686(senior customer sales specialist) and i explained him all matter i told what ever promises he gave me. At that time i came to know life time services means i have to carry my machine to your kalyan office and Mr.Yogesh told you just need to give one phone call our people will be there to give you doorstep services.
Now i told Mr.Sakpal we don't want your machine we want our money back then he replied i will mail to our head office for this incident they will do verification and again this mail will forwarded to our head authority. This process will take 1-2month for rectification your machine will get cancelled and you will get refund your amount back.

Also i wrote a letter to company on 20 September 2011 but till date i dint received any replay from them. As per them they have TAT time of 24-48Hrs
