Dear Sir
I would like to bring to your notice that I had purchased a water purifier Model: Aquaguard Total Infiniti from the above mentioned company on 13/07/2010. I has also entered into an 3 year AMC with the co. for which they had charged me Rs.3600.00 Presently the purifier is out of order for the past 1 month and even after repeated calls to the service centre we are yet to receive any solution to our problems. Our requests seem to fall on deaf ears as no one is willing to repair the purifier nor replace the same. As a last resort I have been compelled to write to you and request you to arrange for resolution of my problems.
