Complaint Details
I placed my order (RC00013670) on Wednesday, September 21, 2011. I paid amount through HDFC credit card. Now 5days from placing order I have sent couple of emails to abhandari@royalimages.in and order@royalimages.in but no one is replying back to my mails. I have opened two queries WC00000136 and WE00000310 on their website www.royalimages.in but they don't bother to answer them. I have ordered Nikon D3100.
After doing some search online (www.consumercomplaints.in/?search=royal%20images) I figured out that its your standard approach. Take order and then long waiting period and finally deliver wrong quantity, wrong item or does not deliver it at all.
I think I should file a criminal case against you for duping people.
