Dear Sir
I bought Aquasure Amrit product online by ebuy process of EUREKA FORBES on the website of the company on 29.08.2011 but I didn't get the product. For that I mailed them 3 times , Called them 10 times on customer care and complaint online on their website but no one had contacted me and neither delivered my product nor refunding my money.
Daily I am calling to customer care and they said by the evening you will get the response but I am not getting any response from the company. Daily wasting my 15 minutes on phone for them.
For my mail they never send me any reply. For online service request, they always show your request is in process even after 6 days ,the request is at step 1.

Sir I am totally irritated and frustated with the company and their personals, always requesting them to either send my product or refund my amount if you can't deliver it but they are not doing anything.
