I took an AMC for two years and after some time I lodged complaint for attending to the problem faced with my water purifier. The person came after repeatedly following it up and said he has no spare with him.
I lodged three service requests and even after this no one attended to the complaints.
The company is making fools of all of its clients. It has appointed franchise and these people have only one task that is to collect the money. I hereby demand the refund of my money and seek punishment to the company for misleading people. No excuses the company needed to be punished for indulging in unlawful act of looting the public through its franchise
