I am Manoj Kr sinha presently residing at 24/16, Bengal Ambuja ,Durgapur-16, Mobile No 9432014904.I have purchased one Akai Brand 32” LCD from Big Bazar Durgapur on dtd 14 th of August 2011.The Salesperson at Bigbazar told me at the time of purchase that, demo ?wall installation is due on 18th of august 2011 . I have also contacted Bigbazar at Durgapur , but of no use. As on today 29 of sept 2011, no person from Akai came to wall mount/ done Demo at my home. I called several times to local customer care but, of no use. I am worried about the what will happen when any technical fault comes.
I am feeling cheated by buying product from Akai/ by local customer care handled this problem.
