Complaint Details
We bought Eureka forbes Aqua flo -DX through Giria's, Malleshwaram, bangalore on 16th July 2010.During installation by mr. Nagesh, we had repeatedly rtequested for checking the TDS level of wated, which he never paid heed to. Now durinng the first sevice we came to know that the TDS level of our tap water is 370 nad TDS level of wated purified by AquaFlowDx is 391. This means that the purifier installed is not purifying but depurifying the water which is harmful for human body. After paying money for getting pure water if we are still drinking impure water , we strongly believe its a crime committed by such a multinational reputed company like Eureka forbes against whole humanity. We Expect a prompt ,genuine reply from Eureka Forbes.
