Our developer has installed TATA fiber for providing internet facility to our building. The technician post installation had given us the access of our account on our mobile handset. Our internet plan had expired in May 2022, accordingly we rechrged from the app(which is mandatory). Even after recharge the internet facility was down after several reminders their technican visited on site and found out wrong box had been recharged. He advised to raise complaint to Customer Care for discontinuing the wrongly recharged box and freshly recharge the actual box. On his advice we did the proceeded and raised a complaint for discontinuing the box and recharged our actual box. It has been a month since we have not got any intimation from TATA Fiber on discontinuation of wrongly recharged box nor the amount is being credited to our account.
